Natalie Rotger is a New Jersey–born colorist and a founding member of Jenna Perry Hair Studio. She began her career at 15 as a shampoo girl and committed to color by 17, quickly developing a signature style rooted in natural, low-maintenance beauty. Trained in the Jenna Perry technique, Natalie specializes in hand-painted highlights that create soft, sun-kissed dimension—color that feels effortless and lived-in. Her work is often mistaken for being completely natural, which she considers the ultimate compliment.
