The team at Jenna Perry Hair is committed to providing our clientele with a positive salon experience, while also ensuring that their hair expectations are met.

 

In the event that you find yourself dissatisfied with your hair, a corrective service must be requested within 48 hours of your original appointment.

Adjustments

ADJUSTMENT POLICY

In the event that you find yourself dissatisfied with your new color or haircut, we can offer eligible clients a complimentary corrective service in place of 

a refund.

ADJUSTMENT EXAMPLES

- toner/gloss is not the desired shade

​- color smudging/blending

- stubborn grays that did not 'take' the color after a service designated for gray coverage

NOT AN ADJUSTMENT

​​- going significantly lighter/more blonde

- adding more highlights

- adding any qualities not present in your reference photos

- a changed mind

ELIGIBILITY IS CONTINGENT ON THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

- The salon must be notified of your request within 48 hours of the original appointment.

- The adjustment must be booked and completed within 7 days of the original appointment.

- Requests must be approved by the service provider, as well as management if necessary.

- Adjustments must be performed by the original service provider.

cancellations

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise at a moment’s notice, and may result in a late cancellation or reschedule. 

With that being said, in order to respect the time of our service providers and fellow clients, we kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Please keep in mind that the following fees are not meant to serve as a penalty, but rather as reimbursement for the service provider! Your understanding and cooperation allows us to maintain a smooth schedule for all.

late arrival

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, even with advanced notice, it is at the discretion of the salon & service provider to truncate and/or reschedule your appointment. It is also at the discretion of the salon to charge you a portion of the service cost that you were late for.

late cancellation

By cancelling your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled date/time, you agree to pay a late cancellation fee totaling 50% of the service cost.

Please note that this fee does not serve as a penalty for the client, but as reimbursement for the service provider.

no show

In the event of a no-show, where a client fails to arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice, a fee totaling 100% of the service cost will be charged to the payment method on file.

To ensure fairness and optimal appointment availability for all clients, we kindly request that you notify us in advance if you are unable to attend your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and minimize any inconvenience.

refunds, returns, & payment

card on file

We require that all new clients have a payment method on file with us prior to booking any first-time appointments. While there will not be a hold placed on your card, and you will not be paying until you checkout day-of, we will keep it on file in the event of a late cancellation fee or no-show charge.

SERVICES are non-refundable due to the nature of the time, labor, expertise, and product involved.

 

ACCESSORIES purchased from JPH may be eligible for a refund if a quality issue is reported within a reasonable time frame from the date of purchase.


PRODUCT purchased from JPH is not eligible for a refund.

returns

ACCESSORIES purchased from JPH are final sale and may not be returned.


PRODUCT purchased from JPH may be returned in exchange for account credit in the event that you are unhappy with it after 1-2 uses. Return requests must be completed within 7 days from the date of purchase, in order to ensure that the product has not been significantly used and/or compromised.

keratin treatments - FAQ

Our team uses LASIO One Day Formula. It's a soft smoothing treatment that takes away 100% of the frizz and up to 90% of the curl pattern in some cases. Your hair may still be wavy, but very soft, smooth and shiny… as well as frizz-free. This service is best for anyone who deals with frizz and everyday styling issues due to unmanageable texture. It can last up to 4 months (or longer) depending on your curl pattern.

keratin treatments - aftercare

- For this particular product, we recommend any sodium chloride free shampoo, however a very gentle sulfate free shampoo is ok as well.

- Any color services should always either be done before the keratin treatment, or a minimum of 2 weeks after the treatment in order to avoid any undesirable changes to your fresh color.

- Making sure to properly care for your hair post-treatment will increase the longevity of your results!

keratin treatments - service deposit

Due to the cost of materials and time devoted to providing this service, we require a $200 deposit which will be paid at the time of booking and applied to your service day-of. This deposit is refundable or transferable to a new date up to 72 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you cancel within 72 hours of your appointment, you forfeit this deposit and can be rebooked at the discretion of the salon.

extensions - FAQ

The extensions we use last 10-16 weeks on average, largely depending on at-home upkeep. Extension installations range between $500 - $3000, depending on the desired result and state of your natural hair.

A consultation is required prior to booking the installation appointment itself.

We use the finest keratin bond (K tip) extensions, and always match the hair to your exact color and texture. Each cycle of extensions requires a new batch of hair to be installed, as keratin bonded extensions are not able to be reused. Removals are quick, easy, and will take approximately 30 minutes to complete.

Extension removals are complementary if booked with the original stylist that performed the installation.

extensions - service deposit

Due to the cost of materials and time devoted to providing this service, we require a $500 non-refundable deposit which will be paid at the time of booking and applied to your service day-of.

extensions - aftercare

- After installation, we recommend waiting 24 hours before washing your hair.

- With your extensions in, you will still be able to heat style, blowdry, or airdry as you normally would.

- Losing a few extensions is to be expected if the time frame is exceeded, and is harmless to your natural hair.

avoid leaving your hair up in a wet bun after washing, which can break down the keratin bonds faster and lead to premature shedding.

avoid any fine-toothed combs or brushes near the bonds

avoid using any hot tools directly on the bond
